BOI operates a **50/50 revenue-sharing model**.\
Fifty percent of the platform’s revenues are allocated to the Platform, and the remaining **50% is distributed to the W\.O.R.K pool**.\

Your share of that pool is defined by **how many SmolBOI's you have actively working** relative to the total workforce. More working SmolBOI's = larger share of the revenue distribution.
