# How W\.O.R.K. works

**W\.O.R.K** (Wonder Of Revenue Kindness) is the productivity layer of the BOI ecosystem. It’s the system where your **SmolBOI's** stop being passive NFT's and start actively generating value by being sent to work in the mine.

If you own **SmolBOI's**, you can assign them to the **mine**. Once deployed, they begin “working” on your behalf and generating on-chain outputs over time.

The more SmolBOI's you have working, the larger your participation in the system is.<br>

> #### Growth dynamics and anti-monopoly design

{% hint style="info" %}
SmolBOI is intentionally **uncapped**, which means the number of SmolBOIs assigned to the mine can grow alongside the ecosystem. In W\.O.R.K, your participation is **relative**: it is determined by how many SmolBOIs you have working compared to the total number of SmolBOIs currently working in the system.
{% endhint %}

As BOI grows and more users deploy SmolBOIs, the “working supply” expands and your relative share can naturally **dilute** unless you increase your own working allocation. In practice, this means that maintaining the same level of participation over time may require **adding more SmolBOIs** as the ecosystem becomes more popular.

This is an intentional fairness mechanism:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### **Engage**

**It rewards engaged users** who keep participating as the ecosystem evolves, instead of locking advantages permanently to early entrants.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Scale

**It scales with growth**: participation adapts to a larger system rather than staying fixed around a small early cohort.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Fairness

**It reduces monopoly risk** by preventing a small group from capturing a static share forever; new participation can always enter and compete on proportional terms.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://boimarket.gitbook.io/boi/candy-shop/how-to-earn/earning/aggressive/w.o.r.k/how-w.o.r.k.-works.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
